Monthly Self-Care Morning: Carve out time for you—without guilt. Let’s destress together and support each other through the chaos of mom life. Whether it’s a moment to breathe or a chance to have some fun, we’re here to keep each other grounded and sane.
Monthly Snack & Chat: A fun, laid-back space to connect with other moms. We want to make Emselo a space we all want to spend time in. Bring yourself a snack and lets have some laughs getting to know each other better.
Monthly Coffee Morning: Bring the tea or coffee as we set intentions, share our wins, and keep each other on track.
Monthly Fun Class: Each month we do something together just for fun! Could be a chance to be creative, learn something, or try something new.
Accountability Check-Ins: We know mom life can throw curveballs, and we’re not here to add more pressure. Instead, we offer gentle check-ins and reminders, so when life gets crazy (like when one kid spikes a 102F fever and the other is refusing to wear pants), you’ll still feel supported. And when you are ready to get back into things full swing - we will be there too.
